We’ve been open at Pipeline Brickell for almost two weeks now and we’re grateful for all of the support that we’ve received from Miami’s tech and start-up community. Last week we hosted EarlyShares #CrowdCamp event and had a great turn out to hear their founder and CEO, Maurice Lopes, discuss crowdfunding for equity in starting companies. Along with telling his amazing story how he started EarlyShares to get companies to raise capital through crowdfunding, he had a Q&A session with young ambitious entrepreneurs on how to best get use out of crowdfunding to start up their businesses.
Then last night, we were honored to host RefreshMiami‘s meet up last night. We had a great turn out and it’s great to see how Miami’s tech scene has been growing so rapidly. Brian Breslin has done a wonderful job with his events and being at the forefront of Miami’s tech scene. One of our main goals here at Pipeline Brickell, is to create a space where start-ups, lawyers, finance professionals, investors, creatives and entrepreneurs can all come together and tap into each other’s talents to work together.
