Raised in South Florida but a Tampa native at heart, Madie is a writer by nature with a background in editorial work, having served as both writer and editor for literary and educational journals during her time at The University of Tampa. Prior to Pipeline, Madie held leadership roles in several staple Tampa local businesses, from coffee shops to florists, where she’s specialized in mastering and teaching customer service skills. Madie thrives at creating spaces where everyone can feel welcomed and heard. She’s a firm believer in the arts, an avid collector of local artist pieces, and takes her book collection very seriously.
