Prior to joining the Pipeline team, Ivanna worked in the hospitality field for the AC Hotel by Marriott, where she completed a manager in training program with Marriott International. She had the opportunity to serve as a supervisor for various departments including sales, front desk, food and beverage, and housekeeping. These experiences gave her a strong understanding of multicultural sensitivity and awareness, as well as how to work efficiently in a fast paced environment; She now brings her in-depth knowledge of customer and consumer dynamics to our Pipeline community.  She is currently a student at Florida International University, and enjoys watching movies and kayaking in her spare time.
