Hailey joined Pipeline Workspaces in 2022 as General Manager. Originally from North Carolina, she relocated to Tampa to pursue her entrepreneurial goals and year-round warm weather. Her creative problem-solving has been influential in growing the Pipeline community and supporting the company’s success. She was accepted into the University of Tampa and takes courses intermittently to deepen her business management knowledge. Before joining Pipeline, she worked in consultative sales, developing a strong talent for benefiting both companies and clients through strategic negotiation. Outside of work, Hailey is an enthusiast of film, art, and music. She enjoys spending time with friends on the pickleball court, learning to sail, assembling Lego builds, and playing guitar. At home, she values time with her partner and three rescue animals, who bring love and adventure to her daily life.
