Philly Space Options & Policies

Just steps away from City Hall, SEPTA Suburban Station, the Pennsylvania Convention Center, and countless dining and hotel options, Pipeline Philly offers the ultimate in convenience and accessibility for any event.
Our bright, modern, and flexible cafe space can accommodate up to 150 seated or 300 standing guests, but can just as easily be configured to create an intimate atmosphere for smaller gatherings. A 120″ mobile projection screen and rolling 60″ flat panel display are available to showcase your presentations, sponsor logos, and other content, while dual Bose PA systems and Shure microphones provide top-tier sound reinforcement for any audio playback or spoken remarks.
We also feature small and large conference rooms that accommodate up to 12 or 25 people, respectively, each equipped with a wall-mounted 60″ flat-screen television for presentations.
Smaller breakout rooms for meetings of up to four people are periodically available.
Whichever space you decide to use, our courteous staff will provide technical support and concierge-level assistance throughout your time here. Our goal is always to provide a seamless, turn-key experience for you and your guests.

RENTAL RATES

All rentals include reconfiguration of Pipeline furniture, set-up and breakdown any of any Pipeline A/V equipment, and technical support by Pipeline staff throughout the event. For a complete list of equipment available in-house for event use, please review our equipment manifest.

EQUIPMENT MANIFEST

Pipeline requires the use of Miles Table & Catering for all events of 50 or more guests. For events with fewer than 50 guests, organizers are welcome to use any vendor or catering solution they prefer, though the use of Miles Table and Catering is still strongly encouraged. Please contact them directly to discuss your specific event needs.
