Last Wednesday, restaurant industry veteran and wine afficianado Michael Hodges visited the Pipeline event space for our very first UNCORKED: Wine Tasting & Conversation. UNCORKED is a free, fun, relaxed exploration of all things vino where our members and a select few guests are able learn, sip, and socialize after hours in our beautiful cafe and event space. Michael began this month’s event by guiding the crowd through tastings of three different examples of the Pinot Noir varietal, but was soon answering questions about everything from ageing to aerators.

Our next UNCORKED will take place on February 11th, and we can’t think of a better time to step up your wine game than a few days before Valentine’s Day!
